This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Vexir, a landscape check-in diary application focused on recording travel scenery and daily landscape moments. This application allows users to upload landscape photos, edit descriptive text content, and generate exclusive landscape check-in diaries for permanent viewing and management. This policy strictly complies with Apple App Store review standards, global data protection regulations and industry privacy norms. It clearly defines our rules for data collection, processing, storage and protection during your use of photo uploading, text editing and diary generation functions. Downloading, installing and using the App means you fully read, understand and agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using all services immediately.

1. Age Service Restriction

• Vexir provides landscape check-in and diary recording services only for users aged 18 and above. The service is not available to minors.

• We do not actively collect, store or process any photos, text content and behavioral data uploaded or created by minor users. No minor-related diary content will be retained on our platform.

• If our system detects content generated by minors, all related photos, text records and usage traces will be permanently deleted. Legal guardians may contact our official email to apply for data cleaning if unauthorized minor usage is found.

2. Types of Processed Data

• User Uploaded Landscape Photos: To support core diary generation functions, we only process landscape pictures actively uploaded by users. These photos are solely used for creating, previewing and saving personal landscape check-in diaries within the application.

• User Custom Text Content: We process text descriptions, travel feelings, location notes and other text content edited independently by users, which is only used to enrich and complete personalized landscape diary records.

• Anonymous Operation Logs: We collect minimal non-identifiable operation data, including function usage records and application running status. Such data cannot identify individual users and is only used for service optimization.

• No Sensitive Data Collection: We do not actively obtain user location information, identity credentials, contact lists or other sensitive private data without explicit user authorization.

3. Data Processing Purpose

• Provide Core Diary Recording Services: Process uploaded landscape photos and edited text content to generate complete landscape check-in diaries, supporting users to view, manage and review their travel and landscape recording records at any time.

• Optimize Application Experience: Use anonymous operation logs to fix bugs, optimize application fluency, improve diary loading speed and upgrade overall user experience.

• Respond to User Requests: Retain necessary valid data to reply to user consultations, privacy feedback and service demands, ensuring timely and effective problem handling.

4. Data Storage Rules & User Ownership

• All user uploaded landscape photos and edited diary content are stored to realize persistent viewing of personal check-in records.

• All landscape diary content, including pictures and text, belongs entirely to the user. Users enjoy full ownership and intellectual property rights of all personal recorded content.

• Users have independent management rights over all diary data. You can edit, modify and delete single diary content or batch clear all historical records at any time.

• When users delete diary content or stop using the App, we will clear corresponding user data and terminate all relevant data processing activities.

5. Data Security Protection Mechanism

• We adopt standardized encryption technology to protect user uploaded photos and diary text data, preventing illegal access and information leakage.

• Internal data access implements strict hierarchical authority control and full-process operation audit. No staff can view or obtain user personal diary content without authorization.

• We maintain long-term security detection and technical iteration to fully protect the privacy and integrity of user landscape check-in records.

6. Data Sharing and External Disclosure

• We will never sell, rent, trade or commercially utilize user photos, diary text and personal recording data in any form.

• Under normal service operation scenarios, user landscape diary content will not be shared or disclosed to any third-party institutions or individuals.

• Data disclosure is only permitted when required by mandatory legal provisions, judicial orders, administrative supervision requirements, or with explicit voluntary authorization from users.

7. Third-Party Service Description

The App’s basic image parsing, text rendering and data storage functions rely on secure and compliant third-party technical services. All cooperating third-party platforms have independent privacy policies and data protection mechanisms, which are not governed by this agreement. We only cooperate with legally compliant service providers and do not bear legal responsibility for the independent data processing behaviors of third parties.

8. User Data Management Rights

• Users have full independent control rights over all personal landscape photos, diary text records and usage data generated in the App.

• Users can independently view, edit, export and delete personal diary data at any time, and have the right to withdraw data processing authorization.

9. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy according to App function iteration, technical upgrades, Apple platform specification adjustments and legal changes. The latest policy will be displayed inside the App with an updated date. Continued use of the App’s landscape diary recording services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for data loss, information leakage and service abnormalities caused by force majeure, improper user operation, network failure and other uncontrollable objective factors.
